A fresh and robust tasting cheese rolled in a collection of herbs including thyme, marjoram and tarragon. It has been described as ‘having a fresh aroma of herbs and a dry, yet creamy, melt in the mouth texture. The taste of herbs is the predominate flavour, but the goat milk flavours are apparent. Well balanced with fresh clean flavours – very appealing – thyme predominates the finish. This cheese is great served on its own or used to stuff chicken breasts for a simple, but impressive supper.

This multi award-winning cheese is made in a similar manner to cheddar. The cheese has an aroma and sweet taste of almonds and white wine, it has a firm, but not hard texture which is pleasantly dry at first bite, then becoming creamy. Its distinct taste of marzipan and almonds make it a superb example of Modern British Hard Goat Cheese. It is fresh, nutty and each bite reveals another layer of flavour. Matured for a minimum of 4-6 months.

This goat cheese has a distinct robust and strong flavour and a marvellous creamy texture. Made in the style of Camembert and aged 3 to 6 weeks it has a unique creamy texture. The white penicillum candidum rind ripens this lactic cheese giving it just a hint of blue flavour and ripening the outer edge. A faint smell of spring herbs is noted in its dense, buttery pate. Great on its own or use in risottos and tarts as the cheese melts beautifully.
