Demand for goat’s cheese and milk is continually growing for two reasons. First, British palates adore the flavour and taste—so much so that its hard to find a restaurant menu that doesn’t include a goat’s cheese starter. And second, dietary concerns have created a demand for alternatives to cow’s milk. Here are just a handful of our favourite ways to cook with goat’s cheese.
• Brafford’s Goats Cheese, Spinach and Onion Tarts.
• Sancton Goat’s Cheese, Peach, Basil and Parma Ham Salad.
• Goat’s Cheese, Griddled Asparagus and Pan Roasted Tomatoes.
• Raspberry and Peach cheesecake.
